The Cougars now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarendon for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27. Central will battle a Lions team coming off a 73-58 league win over Bradford (Bradford, AR). The Lions record now stands at 3-4.
The Pirates (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Osceola (Osceola, AR). The Seminoles come into the 3A Region 3 battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Osceola was nudged by East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR), 68-67, in a non-league battle.
