The Vikings now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lyons for a Central Kansas battle on Tuesday, January 31. Smoky Valley will battle a Lions team coming off a 43-38 non-league loss to Ellinwood (Ellinwood, KS). The Lions record now stands at 5-8.
The Tigers (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Chapman (Chapman, KS). The Fighting Irish come into the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Chapman was nudged by Holton (Holton, KS), 31-30, in a non-league battle.
