The Hampshire Whip-Purs (Hampshire, IL) basketball knocked off the host Central Rockets (Burlington, IL), 37-20 in Tuesday's league test.

The Whip-Purs (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Cary-Grove (Cary, IL). The Trojans go into the Fox Valley test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Cary-Grove notched a victory over Jacobs (Algonquin, IL), 33-26, in a league test.

The Rockets now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Dundee-Crown for a Fox Valley test on Friday, December 2. Central will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 35-31 league loss to Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 1-4.
