The Darien Blue Wave basketball team (Darien, CT), was toppled 61-45 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Staples Wreckers (Westport, CT)

The Wreckers now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenwich for a Fairfield County battle on Friday, January 26. Staples will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 57-44 league loss to New Canaan (New Canaan, CT). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-7.
