In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Pulaski County Maroons basketball team scored a decisive 81-57 triumph over the Southwestern Warriors.

In their next game, the Maroons meet the Russell County Lakers (Russell Springs, KY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 12. Pulaski County will attempt to move on its 24-1 season record. The Lakers enter the match with a 4-19 record after their 74-62 non-league win over Adair County (Columbia, KY).

With the defeat, Southwestern moves to 10-19 on the year. The Warriors travel to Corbin (Corbin, KY) to meet the Redhounds in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 14.
