The Rugby Panthers basketball team (Rugby, ND), was overwhelmed 74-37 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Central Cass Squirrels (Casselton, ND)

The Squirrels now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Grove Lutheran for a A Region 1 battle on Tuesday, January 30.

The Panthers (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND). The Braves go into the A Region 3 outing with a 2-9 record. In their last outing, Turtle Mountain was crushed by Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND), 68-49, in a non-league outing.
