Illinois High School Basketball - Fenwick holds off Marmion
December 6, 2022: Oak Park, IL 60302 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) and the visiting Marmion Cadets (Aurora, IL), saw Fenwick's basketball squad hold off Marmion by a tally of 62-56.
With the victory, Fenwick improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Friars travel to Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL) to confront the Ramblers in a Chicago Catholic - White challenge on Friday, December 9. The Ramblers come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Loyola Academy won 53-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Bulls College Prep (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Cadets confront the De La Salle Meteors (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Catholic - White challenge, on Friday, December 9. Marmion will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Meteors come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 50-48 league win over DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL).
