The River Hill Hawks topped the host Long Reach Lightning basketball team by a final score of 76-64 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Hawks face the Wilde Lake Wildecats (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County game, on Friday, December 15. River Hill will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Wildecats enter the game with a 2-2 record after their 74-58 league win over Atholton (Columbia, MD).
