Texas High School Basketball - May tops Bangs
November 30, 2023: Bangs, TX 76823 May Tigers (May, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Bangs Dragons (Bangs, TX), 40-27 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, May upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Comanche (Comanche, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Comanche won 53-33 in their recent non-league bout against Hamilton (Hamilton, TX)
Next up, the Dragons play the Goldthwaite Eagles (Goldthwaite, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Bangs will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 65-26 non-league win over Coleman (Coleman, TX).
