The Bangor Slaters held off the host Northwestern Lehigh Tigers football team by a count of 27-21 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Bangor upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Slaters host Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA) to confront the Eagles in a Colonial-Schuylkill outing on Friday, October 21. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 4-4. Blue Mountain lost 24-21 in their recent league outing against Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA)
