January 31, 2024: Moodus, CT 06469 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) and the host Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT), saw North Branford's basketball squad wallop Hale Ray by a tally of 62-32.
With the victory, North Branford improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Cromwell (Cromwell, CT) to confront the Panthers in a Shoreline challenge on Friday, February 2. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-14. Cromwell lost 66-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Rocky Hill (Rocky Hill, CT)
Next up, the Noises confront the Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Friday, February 2. Hale Ray will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 45-38 league win over Portland (Portland, CT).
