Corsica/Stickney Jaguars (Corsica, SD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Tripp-Delmont/Armour Nighthawks (Armour, SD), 52-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Corsica/Stickney upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Centerville (Centerville, SD) to clash with the Tornadoes in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. The Tornadoes go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Centerville lost 57-46 in their recent non-league bout against Chester (Chester, SD)

Next up, the Nighthawks clash with the Ethan Rustlers (Ethan, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 15. Tripp-Delmont/Armour will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Rustlers go into the bout with a 16-3 record after their 49-45 non-league win over Freeman (Freeman, SD).
