The Pirates now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to LaSalle-Peru for a Northern Illinois Big 12 - West battle on Friday, February 2. Ottawa will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 68-53 non-league loss to Hall (Spring Valley, IL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 7-13.
The Indians (5-11) will now prepare for their battle against Manteno (Manteno, IL). The Panthers come into the Interstate Eight battle with a 10-11 record. In their last battle, Manteno dropped by Seneca (Seneca, IL), 54-47, in a non-league battle.
