The Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs football team (Sugar Land, TX), was beaten 37-6 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX)

The Panthers (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Tigers come into the 6A Region III District 20 challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Fort Bend Travis overcame Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX), 57-43, in a league outing.

With the loss, Fort Bend Austin moves to 2-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX) to confront the Broncos in a 6A Region III District 20 outing on Saturday, October 29. The Broncos go into the outing with a record of 1-7. Fort Bend Bush lost 17-7 in their recent league outing against Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX)
