The Purchase Line Red Dragons football squad scored 38 points and restricted the visiting River Valley Panthers to 16 in the Red Dragons league victory on Friday.

The Red Dragons now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Shamokin for a Heritage battle on Friday, September 8. Purchase Line will play a Wolves squad coming off a 27-12 league loss to United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] (Nanty Glo, PA). The Wolves record now stands at 1-1.
