The Choctaw Yellowjackets (Choctaw, OK) basketball nipped the host Yukon Millers (Yukon, OK), 45-38 in Friday's league test.

The Yellowjackets (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Mustang (Mustang, OK). The Broncos go into the Metro test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Mustang got by Edmond North (Edmond, OK), 59-40, in a league test.

The Millers now own a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Santa Fe for a Metro test on Tuesday, January 18. Yukon will clash with a Wolves squad coming off a 70-56 league win over Putnam City (Oklahoma City, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 8-4.
