The The Vanguard School Coursers basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Salida Spartans to 67 in the Coursers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Coursers now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ellicott for a 4A/3A Tri-Peaks contest on Saturday, December 16. The Vanguard School will battle a Thunderhawks team coming off a 63-37 league loss to Colorado Springs Christian (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 0-5.
