February 5, 2022: Carroll, IA 51401 The Denison-Schleswig Monarchs basketball team (Denison, IA), was overwhelmed 67-38 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Carroll Tigers (Carroll, IA)
The Tigers now possess a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlisle for a Raccoon River battle on Tuesday, February 8. Carroll will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 58-43 league loss to A-D-M (Adel, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-12.
The Monarchs (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Boone (Boone, IA). The Toreadors come into the non-league battle with a 2-15 record. In their last battle, Boone was overwhelmed by Carroll (Carroll, IA), 51-38, in a league battle.
