December 17, 2021: Burleson, TX 76028 The Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Wichita Falls Coyotes (Wichita Falls, TX), 76-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Elks (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Everman (Everman, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 5A Region I District 8 test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Everman walloped Aledo (Aledo, TX), 53-50, in a non-league test.
The Coyotes now own a 1-17 record. They play next when they travel to Bowie for a non-league test on Monday, December 20. Wichita Falls will encounter a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 46-40 non-league win over Lake Worth (Lake Worth, TX). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 10-5.
