The North Stokes Vikings baseball team (Danbury, NC), was overwhelmed 4-0 in Tuesday's league outing with the visiting South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC)

The Sauras now hold a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Surry Central for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 19. South Stokes will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 11-4 league loss to North Surry (Mount Airy, NC). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 8-12.

Next, the Vikings confront the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) in a Northwest 1A outing, on Friday, April 21. North Stokes will attempt to advance on its 16-4 season record. The Sauras go into the outing with a 10-6 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Surry Central (Dobson, NC).
