The Wisdom Pioneers (St. Agatha, ME) softball nipped the visiting Ashland Hornets (Ashland, ME), 8-7 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Pioneers (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against Washburn (Washburn, ME). The Beavers go into the non-league bout with a 0-0 record.
