Massachusetts High School Basketball - Lexington crushes Wakefield Memorial
December 20, 2021: Lexington, MA 02421 Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, MA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wakefield Memorial Warriors (Wakefield, MA), 69-34 in a league bout.
With the win, Lexington upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Minutemen host Reading Memorial (Reading, MA) to play the Rockets in a Middlesex bout on Wednesday, December 22. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Reading Memorial won 57-43 in their recent league bout against Belmont (Belmont, MA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Stoneham Spartans (Stoneham, MA) in a Middlesex bout, on Wednesday, December 22. Wakefield Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 57-37 league loss to Belmont (Belmont, MA).
