Elk River Elks (Elk River, MN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Robbinsdale Armstrong Falcons (Plymouth, MN), 60-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Elk River upgrades its record to 13-9 on the season. The Elks travel to Blaine (Blaine, MN) to play the Bengals in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Bengals go into the bout with a record of 13-11. Blaine won 79-64 in their recent non-league bout against Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN)

Next up, the Falcons play the Maple Grove Crimson (Maple Grove, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Robbinsdale Armstrong will attempt to upgrade on its 7-16 season record. The Crimson go into the bout with a 19-4 record after their 76-46 non-league win over Anoka (Anoka, MN).
