February 14, 2023: Walnut Grove, GA 30052 The Eastside Eagles (Covington, GA) soccer bounced the host Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA), 5-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
With the win, Eastside moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Harris County (Hamilton, GA) to battle the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 16. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Harris County won 10-0 in their recent non-league bout against Troup County (LaGrange, GA)
In their next game, the Warriors battle the North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA) in a 4A Region 8 bout, on Friday, February 17. Walnut Grove will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA).
