The Lakota Tech Tatanka (Pine Ridge, SD) basketball nipped the host Little Wound Mustangs (Kyle, SD), 92-89 in Saturday's league test.

The Tatanka (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD). The Crusaders go into the A Region 7 test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Red Cloud got by Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD), 81-45, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Florence/Henry for a non-league test on Saturday, January 15.
