The Marshwood Hawks basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Mt. Ararat Eagles to 28 in the Hawks league triumph on Friday.

The Hawks now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to York for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Marshwood will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 40-37 league win over Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.

The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Camden Hills (Rockport, ME). The Windjammers enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Camden Hills was routed by Hampden (Hampden, ME), 71-66, in a non-league contest.
