February 13, 2024: Freeman, SD 57029 The Freeman Flyers basketball team (Freeman, SD), was nudged 49-45 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Ethan Rustlers (Ethan, SD)
The Rustlers now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tripp-Delmont/Armour for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 15. Ethan will battle a Nighthawks team coming off a 52-40 league loss to Corsica/Stickney (Corsica, SD). The Nighthawks record now stands at 12-5.
The Flyers (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Gayville-Volin (Gayville, SD). The Raiders enter the B Region 4 contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Gayville-Volin nudged Avon (Avon, SD), 55-52, in a non-league contest.
