October 5, 2023: Monroe, NC 28112 Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC) fans left the game satisfied Thursday as they observed their football team rout the host Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC), 52-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Monroe improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Redhawks host Anson (Wadesboro, NC) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league test on Thursday, October 12. The Bearcats go into the test with a record of 4-1. Anson won 16-6 in their recent non-league test against Piedmont (Monroe, NC)
With the loss, Parkwood moves to 1-6 on the season. The Wolf pack travel to West Stanly (Oakboro, NC) to confront the Colts in a non-league test on Thursday, October 12. The Colts go into the test with a record of 5-2. West Stanly lost 32-6 in their recent non-league test against Forest Hills (Marshville, NC)
