Nebraska High School Basketball - Gross Catholic crushes Schuyler
February 5, 2024: Schuyler, NE 68661 Gross Catholic Cougars (Omaha, NE) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Schuyler Warriors (Schuyler, NE), 56-27 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Gross Catholic upgrades its record to 10-11 on the campaign. The Cougars host Concordia (Omaha, NE) to play the Mustangs in a C1 District 4 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 3-17. Concordia lost 41-37 in their recent non-league bout against Mercy (Omaha, NE)
Next up, the Warriors play the Ralston Rams (Ralston, NE) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Schuyler will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 0-18 record after their 74-32 non-league loss to Platteview (Springfield, NE).
