Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA), 74-13 in a league bout.

With the win, Jones County upgrades its record to 15-5 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Eagle's Landing (McDonough, GA) to play the Eagles in a AAAAA Region 2 game on Tuesday, January 23. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 9-9. Eagle's Landing lost 75-44 in their recent league game against Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA)

With the defeat, Locust Grove moves to 4-13 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Union Grove (McDonough, GA) to face the Wolverines in a AAAAA Region 2 game on Tuesday, January 23.
