February 1, 2024: Vandalia, IL 62471 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Vandalia Vandals (Vandalia, IL) and the visiting Pana Panthers (Pana, IL), saw Vandalia's basketball squad wallop Pana by a tally of 56-22.
With the victory, Vandalia improves its record to 7-19 on the campaign. The Vandals travel to Greenville (Greenville, IL) to confront the Comets in a South Central challenge on Monday, February 5. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 16-9. Greenville won 57-12 in their recent league challenge against Litchfield (Litchfield, IL)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Hillsboro Hiltoppers (Hillsboro, IL) in a South Central challenge, on Monday, February 5. Pana will attempt to improve on its 5-24 season record. The Hiltoppers come into the challenge with a 12-15 record after their 52-25 non-league win over Lincolnwood (Raymond, IL).
