Ogallala Indians (Ogallala, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE), 48-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Ogallala upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Indians travel to St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE) to play the Irish in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Irish go into the bout with a record of 1-4. St. Patrick's lost 66-33 in their recent non-league bout against Hershey (Hershey, NE)

Next up, the Longhorns play the Sutherland Sailors (Sutherland, NE) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Chase County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
