In Saturday's non-league match, the host Harrison Central Red Rebels basketball team scored a tight 51-49 triumph over the St. Augustine Purple Knights.

In their next game, the Red Rebels meet the Faith Academy Rams (Mobile, AL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 28. Harrison Central will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 5-10 record after their 56-40 non-league loss to Cottage Hill Christian Academy (Mobile, AL).

With the defeat, St. Augustine moves to 13-2 on the year. The Purple knights host Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA) to meet the in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 27. The enter the match with a record of 12-2. Madison Prep Academy won 76-44 in their recent non-league match against Brother Martin (New Orleans, LA)
