January 20, 2024: Kane, PA 16735 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals (DuBois, PA) and the host Kane Wolves (Kane, PA), saw DuBois Central Catholic's basketball squad knock off Kane by a count of 62-48.
With the victory, DuBois Central Catholic upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Brockway (Brockway, PA) to play the Rovers in a Allegheny Mountain - Southern challenge on Wednesday, January 24. The Rovers come into the challenge with a record of 1-12. Brockway lost 61-32 in their recent league challenge against Johnsonburg (Johnsonburg, PA)
Next up, the Wolves play the Port Allegany Gators (Port Allegany, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Kane will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Gators come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 78-67 league loss to Galeton (Galeton, PA).
