The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Curry Yellowjackets (Jasper, AL) and the visiting Corner Yellow Jackets (Warrior, AL), saw Curry's softball squad nip Corner by a count of 6-1.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 31-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bob Jones for a non-league match on Friday, April 22. Curry will face a Patriots squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Hartselle (Hartselle, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 18-7.
