Connecticut High School Basketball - Somers succumbs to Northwest Catholic

March 13, 2023: West Hartford, CT 06117

The Northwest Catholic Lions topped the visiting Somers Spartans basketball team by a final score of 65-56 in Monday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Lions face the Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars (Bridgeport, CT) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 18. Northwest Catholic will attempt to move on its 16-8 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 14-10 record after their 64-35 non-league win over Windham RVT (Willimantic, CT).

With the defeat, Somers moves to 18-7 on the year.
