October 12, 2023: New Orleans, LA 70126 In Thursday's league contest, the Crescent City Christian Pioneers (Metairie, LA) volleyball squad knocked off the host St. Mary's Academy Cougars (New Orleans, LA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Pioneers battle the Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA) in a Division V District 7 contest, on Tuesday, October 17. Crescent City Christian will attempt to better on its 19-13 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 2-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA).
With the loss, St. Mary's Academy drops to 4-8 on the campaign. The Cougars host Ecole Classique (Metairie, LA) to battle the Spartans in a Division V District 7 contest on Tuesday, October 17. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 2-6.
