South Central Rebels (Elizabeth, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Springs Valley Blackhawks (French Lick, IN), 15-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, South Central upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Rebels host New Washington (New Washington, IN) to battle the Mustangs in a Southern test on Monday, May 1. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 4-7. New Washington won 16-3 in their recent league test against Crothersville (Crothersville, IN)

With the defeat, Springs Valley falls to 5-10 on the season. The Blackhawks travel to Mitchell (Mitchell, IN) to battle the Bluejackets in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 2. The Bluejackets come into the test with a record of 14-3. Mitchell lost 14-13 in their recent non-league test against North Daviess (Elnora, IN)
