In Wednesday's league outing, the Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders (Chula Vista, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA), by a margin of 70-69.

The Crusaders (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA). The Titans go into the Mesa outing with a 7-7 record. In their last outing, Eastlake was tipped by Montgomery (San Diego, CA), 69-45, in a league outing.
