In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Mt. Zion Braves (Mt. Zion, IL) basketball squad beat the visiting Rantoul Eagles (Rantoul, IL), by a margin of 88-72.

The Braves (15-4) will now prepare for their outing against Lincoln (Lincoln, IL). The Railsplitters go into the Apollo outing with a 15-3 record. In their last outing, Lincoln defeated Bloomington (Bloomington, IL), 55-43, in a non-league outing.
