The Blue River Valley Vikings topped the host Union City Indians basketball team by a final score of 57-46 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Knightstown Panthers (Knightstown, IN) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 3. Blue River Valley will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 3-10 record after their 54-38 non-league win over Morristown (Morristown, IN).

With the defeat, Union City moves to 3-11 on the year. The Indians travel to Seton Catholic (Richmond, IN) to face the Cardinals in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 1.
