Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions (Potomac, MD), 51-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Potomac School upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Panthers host St. Stephen's & St. Agnes (Alexandria, VA) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 12. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 15-3. St. Stephen's & St. Agnes won 80-51 in their recent league bout against St. Albans (Washington, DC)

Next up, the Lions play the McLean (Potomac, MD) in a Potomac Valley bout, on Saturday, February 12. St. Andrew's Episcopal will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 75-67 league win over Avalon (Wheaton, MD).
