February 15, 2022: Watseka, IL 60970 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL) and the host Watseka Warriors (Watseka, IL), saw Milford's basketball squad hold off Watseka by a tally of 48-42.
With the victory, Milford improves its record to 22-8 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Beecher (Beecher, IL) to play the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 16. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 23-7. Beecher won 50-43 in their recent league challenge against Momence (Momence, IL)
Next up, the Warriors play the Tri-Point Chargers (Cullom, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 19. Watseka will attempt to improve on its 15-13 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 10-20 record after their 78-64 non-league loss to Dwight (Dwight, IL).
