North Carolina High School Basketball - Cabarrus Charter routs Apprentice Academy

January 10, 2023: Concord, NC 28027

In Tuesday's league outing, the Cabarrus Charter Huskies (Concord, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Apprentice Academy Red Wolves (Monroe, NC), by a margin of 81-41.

The Huskies (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC). The Patriots go into the 1A Conference 38 outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Piedmont Community Charter smashed Carolina International (Concord, NC), 80-75, in a league outing.

The Red Wolves now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Comenius for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 11. Apprentice Academy will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 69-67 non-league loss to Charlotte Elite Academy (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 5-8.
