North Carolina High School Basketball - Apprentice Academy topped by Cabarrus Charter

January 25, 2023: Monroe, NC 28110

The Cabarrus Charter Huskies basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Apprentice Academy Red Wolves to 55 in the Huskies league victory on Wednesday.

The Huskies now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Queen's Grant for a 1A Conference 38 contest on Friday, January 27. Cabarrus Charter will battle a Stallions team coming off a 93-51 non-league win over Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 11-7.

The Red Wolves (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC). The Mariners come into the non-league contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, Jackson Day dropped by Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC), 93-51, in a non-league contest.
