Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN) and the host Cumberland County Jets (Crossville, TN), saw Upperman's basketball squad knock off Cumberland County by a tally of 54-41.

With the victory, Upperman improves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Bees host Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN) to play the Wildcats in a 3A District 7 challenge on Friday, January 13. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 14-0. Livingston Academy won 55-52 in their recent league challenge against White County (Sparta, TN)

Next up, the Jets play the DeKalb County Tigers (Smithville, TN) in a 3A District 7 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Cumberland County will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 68-64 non-league loss to Watertown (Watertown, TN).
