The Cumberland County Jets basketball team (Crossville, TN), dropped 56-41 in Friday's league battle with the host Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN)
The Bees now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Livingston Academy for a 3A District 7 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Upperman will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 64-55 league loss to White County (Sparta, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 19-4.
The Jets (4-21) will now prepare for their battle against DeKalb County (Smithville, TN). The Tigers come into the 3A District 7 battle with a 10-12 record. In their last battle, DeKalb County prevailed over Macon County (Lafayette, TN), 68-49, in a league battle.
