With the victory, Dulce upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Coronado (Gallina, NM) to play the Leopards in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Leopards come into the challenge with a record of 2-6.

Next up, the Trojans play the Raton Tigers (Raton, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Mesa Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 61-45 non-league loss to Maxwell (Maxwell, NM).
