Texas High School Basketball - North Side ripped by Southwest

The Southwest Raiders basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting North Side Steers to 26 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.
The Raiders now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Hills for a 5A Region I District 6 contest on Saturday, January 14. Southwest will battle a Scorpions team coming off a 61-20 league loss to Everman (Everman, TX). The Scorpions record now stands at 4-17.
The Steers (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 5A Region I District 6 contest with a 14-8 record. In their last contest, Arlington Heights triumphed over Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX), 81-31, in a league contest.
