The North Side Steers basketball team (Fort Worth, TX), was routed 81-36 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Southwest Raiders (Fort Worth, TX)

The Raiders now sport a 14-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Hills for a 5A Region I District 6 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Southwest will battle a Scorpions team coming off a 71-41 league loss to Everman (Everman, TX). The Scorpions record now stands at 4-23.

The Steers (5-19) will now prepare for their battle against Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the 5A Region I District 6 battle with a 18-12 record. In their last battle, Arlington Heights trounced Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX), 64-49, in a league battle.
